Infrastructure Before Growth: A signature pillar of Baldi's campaign is halting rapid residential development until municipal capacity catches up. On his Official Campaign Page, he advocates for a new state law requiring comprehensive impact studies, district and surrounding community approvals, and completed infrastructure projects prior to any new home building.
Support for Seniors: He advocates for creating strict state-level legal protections and support frameworks to shield Florida's aging population.
