Thinking for yourself matters
I believe that everyone is equal and deserves respect and dignity. We need equality for all—and as your candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, District 26, I will fight every day to ensure that every individual is seen, heard, and treated fairly. Because when we stand together, we build a stronger, more just future for everyone.
There is a clear and important difference between law enforcement and agencies like U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operating under the Department of Homeland Security. Recent events and reporting have raised serious concerns about how immigration enforcement is being carried out across this country. From troubling detention conditions to incidents that have sparked national outrage, communities are demanding answers and accountability. Let me be clear: I believe in accountability, transparency, and humanity in all enforcement actions. No one—no family, no citizen, no human being—should live in fear of how laws are enforced. When I speak about supporting law enforcement, I am speaking about the men and women in our communities—our police officers, deputies, and first responders—who put their lives on the line every single day to protect and serve every American. These are the individuals who build trust in our neighborhoods, respond in times of crisis, and uphold public safety with courage and dedication. We can—and must—do both: support our local law enforcement while also demanding oversight, accountability, and respect for human dignity in federal immigration enforcement. Because in America, safety should never come at the cost of dignity. And justice must apply to everyone.”
Fighting for Insurance Transparency: Ensuring your premiums are based on risk, not corporate greed.
The Property Insurance Crisis: Florida’s homeowners are paying some of the highest premiums in the nation. This isn’t just a coastal problem. In District 26, these skyrocketing rates are a hidden tax that eats into retirement savings and monthly grocery budgets. We need real reform that holds insurance companies accountable while providing relief to homeowners.
Lowering Taxes for Working Families: Supporting sales tax holidays and credits that put money back in your pocket.
Utility and Energy Burdens: As temperatures rise, so do our electric bills. We must advocate for fair utility rates and invest in energy efficiency programs that help residents lower their monthly overhead without sacrificing comfort.
Protection for our children must come first. No child should go to school feeling bullied, scared, or unsafe. No child should have to sit in a classroom wondering if today is the day they will have to hide, run, or fear for their life. Active shooter drills should not be a normal part of childhood. No parent should have to wonder if their child is coming home on the bus, being picked up in the car line, or being rushed to a hospital because someone with a gun decided to walk into a school and open fire. Our schools must be places of learning, hope, and opportunity — not fear, violence, and trauma. Our children deserve better. Our parents deserve peace of mind. And our communities deserve leaders who will fight to protect every child.
Let me be clear— Healthcare is NOT a luxury. Healthcare is a RIGHT! And right now, 1.9 million Floridians are at risk of losing that right because of this so-called “Big Beautiful Bill.” That’s not okay in Florida. That’s not okay in America! We don’t turn our backs on families. We don’t abandon our neighbors. We fight for each other! As your next State Representative, I will stand up, speak out, and fight every single day to protect healthcare for ALL. Because when we fight together— WE WIN TOGETHER!
Housing Costs & Growth: Our district is growing, but that growth must be sustainable. We need to ensure that “affordable housing” isn’t just a concept, but a reality. This means protecting the Sadowski Trust Fund and incentivizing the development of homes that teachers, first responders, and service workers can actually afford.
Smart Infrastructure Investment: Reducing the “commuter tax”—the time and gas money lost to gridlock—by improving our local transit and roads.
Lowering Taxes for Working Families: Supporting sales tax holidays and credits that put money back in your pocket.
