Anna Paulina Luna

Currently represents District 13

Anna Paulina Luna describes overcoming a childhood marked by poverty, parental substance abuse, incarceration, homelessness, and domestic violence. Inspired by her parents’ perseverance—especially her mother’s escape from an abusive marriage—she developed a commitment to defending vulnerable people. She presents her journey from hardship to becoming a U.S. Air Force veteran, mother, and member of Congress as proof that hard work and perseverance can make the American dream possible.
